Comment “KITCHEN” and I’ll send you my favorite non-toxic kitchen products! Your kitchen is one of the easiest places to start reducing unnecessary chemical and plastic exposure. A few simple swaps I love: • Glass dishes instead of plastic • Stainless steel cookware + utensils • Unbleached parchment paper • Organic cotton towels • Natural dish sponges • Wood cutting boards • Cleaner dish soap + cleaning products • Filtered water You don’t have to replace everything overnight. Start with what you use the most, replace things as they wear out, and slowly build a kitchen you feel good about.
