What I realized •The best moments are when you can just laugh, smile, and be yourself •Being around good friends where you can be a little silly and relaxed is special •Those moments remind you how important genuine connection is Why it matters •The people around you can either lift your spirit or drain it •You deserve to be around people who let you be yourself •Your personality and energy are gifts that shouldn’t be hidden How to apply it •Spend time with people who make you feel comfortable and accepted •Don’t change who you are just to fit in •Even in uncomfortable environments, keep being kind and positive •Let your personality and light shine naturally Take away Your light is something special. The right people will appreciate it, so never let anyone make you feel like you have to dim who you are.
