Choose kindness What I’ve been noticing • People walk past each other without eye contact • No smiles, no acknowledgment • Everyone seems stressed, overwhelmed, and heavy • It feels like a lot of people are carrying silent battles Why kindness matters • You never know what someone is going through • A simple smile can change someone’s entire day • Kindness costs nothing but can mean everything • Small moments of warmth can break someone out of a dark headspace How I’m trying to live this out • Smiling at people I pass • Saying hello even when it feels small • Choosing patience instead of frustration • Remembering that everyone is fighting something unseen How you can apply it • Make eye contact when you pass someone • Give a smile or a simple greeting • Be patient in public spaces • Choose kindness even when you’re tired • Let yourself be a light instead of adding to the weight
