Here’s my story. Six years ago, one of my best friends in college was struggling with suicidal thoughts. That cracked something open in me — I had to understand the mind. --- Then, a year later, I got hit by a car while skateboarding. A year of back pain… and no help from PT. So I dove into my body, did 75 Hard, and started healing. --- Then COVID hit. The experts told us to stay isolated, stay inside, and stay afraid. None of it made sense to me. Real health doesn’t look like that. That’s when I saw the truth: our system isn’t built to heal — it’s built to diagnose and prescribe. So I kept going. I did a long water fast, diving deep into my subconscious, afterwards reintroducing food and movement one by one — learning what really affects the mind, body, and soul. And through it all, health creators online were my guide. But their content was scattered — some locked behind paywalls, some buried in the toxicity of social media. --- That’s when it clicked: the platform itself matters. Free content isn’t free when it costs your focus, your peace, and your health. So I deleted social media. But I missed the good stuff — the real health content.” --- So we built Upspace — a platform with no ads, no algorithm traps, no toxic content. Just real health content, from real health creators, all in one place. Because if we want to heal ourselves, we need a place that’s actually built for it.” Join the movement. — Music Creds: Triumph by Mark Ziegler https://share.getupspace.com/activities/689907f7f5c87b8be1327050
